Bad Habit has been absolutely dominating the game in the past few months. They’ve dropped new releases left and right with dupe worthy products at a great price. They’ve been on my radar for a while, and I couldn’t wait to give some of their products a shot. Let’s get into it!
Bad Habit recently launched the After Collection – six eye shadow pallets with their own theme. I went for the After Glow palette because your girl loves peach vibes. After diving into this palette I can say without a doubt I will be purchasing more from this specific collection. They were so smooth to the touch and swatched like a dream. With bolder colors, we sometimes see brands sacrifice a bit of pigment in favor of easier blendability. I don’t have a problem with brands that do this, but Bad Habit has hit the formula jackpot here. There is a little bit of fallout, but I’ll absolutely look over it for these dreamy oranges.
The next product I tried was the Luna Palette. This is a straight dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina palette, and I’ll cut straight to the chase. Ladies, SAVE YA COIN. The Luna palette could not have been more beautiful, and for a fraction of the price of Norvina, I couldn’t get enough. My favorite makeup looks are neutrals and purples, and this handy palette hits both. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, purples are universal, and there isn’t a single person who can’t rock them. This formula impressed me, and while the metallic foils are a little on the chunky side (honestly same) I don’t mind because that payoff is incredible.
The last item in this little haul was the Liquified Matte Lipstick in the shade ~speed dial~ I’m a hoe for a good liquid lipstick, so I always snag one when I order from a new brand. This opaque formula did not disappoint. Application can be a little tedious, but I find that most reds are a little nerve wracking to apply. You do need two coats to build it up, so using a steady hand is key. It has a matte finish with a velvety feel. It reminds me a lot of the Makeup Revolution formula for reference. Is it my absolute favorite lipstick? Not really, but the stay power is strong, and it’s right up my alley for the impending holiday season.
